Refund policy

All products sold are handmade and one-of-a-kind, some more than 100 years old. Each piece is inspected, cleaned, and repaired before we receive it.

We totally understand buying a rug online can be difficult! We do our very best to provide all the necessary information so you can make the best decision possible. Photos are taken from all angles, with different lighting so you can see the color of the fibers, exact size, etc. There is so much that goes into getting these pieces to you! And at the end of the day, we want you to love what you’ve purchased. 

Because of the uniqueness of each piece, we do not offer refunds, but we do allow returns for store credit (rugs only). Please read our return policy carefully:

  • Once you've received your rug, you can return it for store credit if it doesn't work for your space. You must email us within 48 hours of rug delivery.
  • We will send you a return label, and you are responsible for shipping costs back to us. The product must be returned within 3 days of receiving the return label
  • There will be a restocking fee of 15% of the rug cost, which will be deducted from your store credit. 

 All sales for pillows and accessories are final.
